Circus Minor is an area in Sagus Cliffs. It is thought of as the center of the city, where people of all walks of life meet to talk and trade. It is also home of the public execution grounds.

Items can be found in this area:

• 70 shins in a canister the rubble near the stairs to Government Square. Getting to it is intellect task aided by the Quick Fingers and Lore: Machinery skills. You get 55 shins if you fail this task.
• 144 shins for succeeding at the might task of smashing the stones in the rubble near the stairs to Government Square. If you fail this task you get the Prestidigitator cypher which gives a permanent +1 Quick Fingers when used.
