The Darkalley Shivs is a gang that occupies the eastern half of the Alley of Dangerous Angles. Their leader is Rotten William. They are at war with the Razor Angels for control of the Alley. They are of evil alignment (indicated by the rude fashion in which one of their members solicits a toll from TNO for using the northeast entrance into the Alley).
