This quest is awarded by talking with Nabat in the Traitor's Gate Tavern. Nabat will tell you that Kyse, the dump caretaker, is being threatened by some thugs who believe he has horded wealth in his shack. Kyse will tell you that their leader, Wernet , can be found in Inner Curst, south, by the wagons. If you can't convince him to call off the attack, he will depart.
Returning to the Dump Caretaker will have three hostile thugs approach. After they're defeated, the caretaker will offer healing services, and Nabat will offer training for thievery.
