This woman can be found in the Traitor's Gate Tavern. She will give TNO the fifth piece of the Key to the deva. As with the prior Key piece holders, she requires a service. This service is to go to the Grain Silo and summon the fiend Agril-Shanak, in what is known as the Free Dona Quisho's Fiend quest. Doing so causes no alignment shift. Or the player can just kill the fiend and Dona still give you the piece of the key. When you're ready, TNO can now check in with Tainted Barse to gain access to the deva (make sure you've got all you need and that you've explored Curst first as it won't be the same when you come back).
