Dreambuilder is a quest from Nihl Xander in the Great Foundry.

This is a fairly complicated but easy quest (similar to Mebbeth's quest) that grants you 16000 experience. First, Xander will ask for a vial of skin and blood that can be obtained at the Apothecary in the Clerk's Ward.
After retrieving the vial, he will than ask for a birdcage "adorned with razor", where he commissioned to the Coaxmetal in the Siege Tower (you can access the Siege Tower after talking to Lazlo inside the marketplace and going to the bridge section of the tower where the Abishai was previously located).
After retrieving the birdcage, Xander will than ask you for a pillow. You can aquire it after an exhausting monologue from Hamrys, the coffin maker, and than going to the Vault of the Ninth World.
After retrieving the pillow to Xander the quest is completed.
