Fell's Tattoo Parlor is a tattoo studio owned and run by Fell. Located in a circular building in the eastern part of the Smoldering Corpse Area, it is accessible early on in the game and is the only place where tattoos can be bought.

Layout[]

The circular area near the entrance serves as the principal area of business, with numerous tattoo designs adorning its walls. At the back of the parlor a gallery of human skins stretched on wooden canvases can be found.

Items for Sale[]

This is the only shop where tattoos can be purchased. The assortment available depends on a number of factors, such as The Nameless One's class, the outcomes of quests previously completed, specific items found, and current story progression.

These tattoos are only available after certain characters have been recruited. They can only be purchased while the tattoo's respective character is a current party member. There are no tattoos for Dak'kon or Vhailor.

Fell will not buy any in-game items – not even tattoos.
The only in-game tattoo that is not available at the store is Number of Ku'u Yin.
If questioned about it, Fell will reveal that the discarded skin displayed in the back gallery once belonged to The Nameless One.
Annah and Fall-from-Grace both make remarks upon first entering the shop.
