Gehreleth are savage fiends that shape their bodies from those of the dead in Carceri. Outcasts even among their own kind, they are universally despised, and for good reason.
The type of Gehreleths encountered in the game are Farastus aka Tarry Gehreleths. They are the weakest of the three types of these fiends, but still significantly stronger than low level Tanar'ri or Baatezzu.
