The Grain Silo can be found in the east in Outer Curst. TNO must go here to complete the "Free Dona Quisho's Fiend" quest. Upon entering, go to the second floor and use the summoning scroll given to TNO by Dona Quisho (she can be found in the Traitor's Gate Tavern). This will summon the tanar'ri, Agril-Shanak. If dealt with properly, he will reward TNO with the Heartgrinder, a battle-axe and one of the most powerful weapons in the game.
