Kevin D. Saunders is an American video game designer and producer who previously worked for Obsidian on titles such as Alpha Protocol, Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer, and Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir.

Saunders specializes in game interface design, and is the author of a book on this topic: Game Development Essentials: Game Interface Design.

Torment: Tides of Numenera Edit

Saunders was the Project Director for Torment: Tides of Numenera, leading the game's record-breaking Kickstarter campaign, which raised over US$4 million, and managing every aspect of the project from its conception to its Alpha state in late 2015. He subsequently left the studio, and the management role was passed to Chris Keenan.[1]
