Kitla is a patron at the Traitor's Gate Tavern in Outer Curst. She is a mage and will provide TNO with the second part of the Key to find the deva. First, however, TNO must complete the Mediate the Family Dispute quest. When complete, return to her for the Key and a scroll of Abyssal Fury. She can also train TNO as a mage if desired.
