Kyse is the Dump Caretaker in Curst Dump. He is being harassed by some Curst thugs who believe he has a fortune horded away in his shack. TNO can help him out in the Defend the Dump Caretaker quest assigned by Nabat in the Traitor's Gate Tavern. When the task is completed, talk to Kyse and he'll reveal a secret way to find the deva. Upon entering Curst Underground, the tunnel will cave in, so don't use this point of access.
