The Lower Ward is Sigil's industrial sector. Overrun by smog, steam and sulphurous gasses, which emanate not only from the foundries but also the portals to the lower planes, the Lower Ward is the center of craftsmanship and production in the city.

Arrival

When the party first arrives in the Lower Ward, a merchant distracts them while Morte is "skullnapped" by a couple of wererats. (Although there may be a pile of Morte's items on the ground where he was abducted, it is advisable to move his items to other companion's inventories before entering the area. Just in case.)

• 4,000 XP and new tattoos either for telling Grosuk about Sebastion's plans, or for informing Sebastion of Grosuk's demise (this solution also grants a permanent +2 charisma, and the 8,000 XP for the kill)
• 30,000 XP from Lothar for telling him TNO has been to his tomb
• 5,000 XP for giving Mantuok some poisoned cheese
• 15,000 XP for giving Lothar a skull
• 2,000 XP for recovering a memory by talking to Lothar's skulls
• 6,000 XP and 600 copper for warning Thorp that Xanthia is plotting his downfall
• 2,000 XP for taking credit for warning Thorp when speaking to Xanthia again (only 500 XP and 500 copper if Thorp is not warned, no XP if TNO doesn't take credit for warning Thorp)
• 4,000 XP for letting Dak'kon put An'azi out of her misery, out of mercy
