Meir'am is an elderly woman who sells fish just south of the Marketplace Area. TNO must talk to her in order to complete Old Mebbeth's Fetching Ink quest.
If talked to, she remembers seeing the Nameless One before, some years ago, with a small party accompanying him. She recalls a beautiful woman running after and trying to stop and persuade TNO, who barely paid her attention (probably Deionarra), and at least two other men (one of whom she describes as tall, thin, smelling of drink, and acting detachedly). TNO has an option of paying her as thanks.
