TNO needs something carry ice from the sculpture in. From Vrischika's Curiosity Shoppe, TNO can buy the Rune-Covered Ale Stein. Alternatively, he can help the Drunken Mage at the Clerk's Ward bar and he'll give you his mug. Put some ice from the sculpture in the mug and return to Merriman. He'll give TNO the keys to Dolora's heart.
