A Nameless Zombie can be found shambling in the Dead Nations. Her speech can only be understood if the Nameless One has learnt the Stories-Bones-Tell ability from Stale Mary.

This zombie is quite distressed at having forgotten her name.
The Nameless One can try to go find her tomb in the Drowned Nations (in the south-southwest of the map), but her name will have vanished from there as well.
Asking why she doesn't pick a new name is the only way to complete this quest. Choosing a new name for her at her request grants 5000 XP.
