Effects

When this spell is uttered, one creature of any type within the spell range is instantly killed. It can kill any creature that has up to 120 hit points, with no saving throw allowed.

Getting this scroll requires using either the Ancient Scroll (depriving TNO from permanent stat boosts or other good items) or the Grimoire of Pestilential Thought (which asks TNO to kill a companion, which makes him very evil), which may or may not be worth it.
