These prayer beads are a quest item. Porphiron in the Northwestern Area was mugged and surrendered them to his assailants. He wants them back.
Acquisition[]
The beads were taken by three thugs in red who can be found in the Smoldering Corpse Area. The necklace can be acquired by either purchasing it, threatening the thugs or fighting them.
