The Razor Angels is a gang that occupies the western half of the Alley of Dangerous Angles. Their leader is Krystall. They are actually of good alignment (demonstrated by the courtesy displayed when petitioning TNO for a few coppers toll to enter the Alley by its southwest entrance). They are at war with the Dark Alley Shivs for control over the Alley.
