Rotten William is the leader of the Darkalley Shiv gang in the Alley of Dangerous Angles. He is a rival to the Razor Angels gang. He is of evil alignment. Rotten William seeks to eradicate the Razor Angels, so that his gang may rule the Alley. For a price, he can tell TNO where Pharod is.

Main Article: Blackrose Rotten William will pay TNO and his party to eradicate Krystall, leader of the Razor Angels. Killing her and reporting back to him also earns 1500 XP. He will then ask TNO to kill Blackrose, and reward TNO with 1500 XP for doing so. Note, that if TNO refuses to kill Krystall, Rotten William will attack the party. The Darkalley Shivs will not be far behind.
