The Small Steel Fork is also a quest item. It can be returned to Nestor in the Flophouse of the Northwestern Area.
Acquisition[]
One-Ear in the Northwestern Area (X=1325 Y=650) has the fork. One-Ear can be fought for the fork, or talked into handing it over.
