Tegar'in the Thrice Damned is an abishai who can be found, along with fellow baatezu, Aethelgrin, in the Smoldering Corpse Bar. Like Aethelgrin, he will not talk to TNO as long as Annah is around, referring to her as "fiendling vermin."
If spoken to, the two will recognize and address The Nameless One as an "old friend" with a kind of wicked glee. They can be asked about the tanar'ri and the Blood War.
